39 ft X 8 ft Tiny house trailer

Note: Yes, the pictures are the same used in prior listings, please understand this is because these trailers I have all look the same.  Wheels will be slightly different but very similar.
I have sold dozens of these trailers and I still have a 99% positive feedback!  I will let that score speak for itself!  Would be 100% if not for that damn cookie jar I sold for a friend)!

Please read the entire description below!  That way you will understand what options are available.
I have several heavy duty c-channel trailer frames and square tube frames for sale. (ten to twenty trailers at any given time)  I have bumper pull, fifth wheel, and goose neck trailers.  They have many different weight classes.
This listing is for a 39 ft X 8 ft wide deck over the wheels trailer.
It is 00 with New led lights installed.  Paint is extra as are new tires. (Tires on it are decent)
Some of the info below is not applicable.
All my trailers have four wheel electric brakes and I test them to make sure they work good before pickup or delivery.
All come with a 7 pole round standard trailer plug. (unless otherwise specified)
Please understand that 00 represents a very basic trailer, (8200 lb cap.) two axles, electric brakes, no lights installed.  May or may not have title.  If it does have title it may be a rebuilt or salvage title.  Don't worry though, I always help my customers with information on how to get a clean title for their trailer.  It's easy!
I install two brand new led tail lights with new wiring where needed for 0.  Or I will install two used RV type tail lamps for just so you can get it home.  Or you bring your own magnetic set or flags to get it home.
Please do not purchase a trailer if you have any doubt about buying a trailer.  It would be best to contact me first to work out the options details, weight cap etc.  Then you make the initial payment here and we can work out details via messages, such as...  new tires, decking, led lights, whatever extras you might want.  The difference can be taken care of upon pickup or delivery.
You don't have worry, I have been on ebay for nearly 20 years and I have a 100% feedback rating!

I also deliver if it is not more than a four hour drive one way for a fair fee.  We can meet if you are further away than four hours.
