Do you know that each module is the size of a 20 foot shipping container? It has advantages in labor, time, transport and cost: The cost of each module is lower, since they already include insulation material, so you do not need to add it, and they are new, so you do not have to worry about sanding, painting and disinfecting it like you would with a shipping container, and each module can be used on its own, or combined with other units to form larger environments, and / or stacked on up to three levels.
Flat pack houses are flexible to configure, they can stand alone or combined to make bigger open spaces, or stacked vertically up to three floors.
Each module comes flat packed and can be carried to  limited access sites, up to 8 in a 40 feet container.  They can stand on their own or be combined into
hundreds of designs, with inishes and specifications to create the
best configuration for you.

Because we improved specific features to be a better one!  Please notice that:
In the main structure, the steel we use is cold formed plain structural steel, and painted with anticorrosive paint to make it stronger and more durable.
On the sandwich panels used for the exterior,
our steel plates are
thicker,
and they are filled (and sealed) with 50 mm of glasswool for insulation purposes, reducing the need of heating and air conditioning.
The construction process for this type of module  does not need welding, both the ceiling and the floor are bases that are already preformed and welded.
Each module includes two windows and a door.
For the floor, we include fibercement boards.
TO KEEP IN MIND AND CONSIDER::::  To assemble a flat pack house,
you need a crane or a forklift,
each unit can be assembled in two hours using two people and simple, standard tools.  Up to 8 unassembled units can be transported in one 40 ft container, improving assembly time and transportation cost.
Each module is a kit, and includes all the elements of the structure, walls, ceiling and floor. Each module comes individually packaged, and each package is easier to transport and store due to the packaging system and wheels it has.
The steel we use for structures and decks is cold formed Q235 gauge, the same gauge used in large structures, ships and bridges.
The sandwich panel for the walls, includes 50 mm of glasswool for insulation, which have classification  A, marked as  fireproof, to avoid the effect of thermal bridge inside, improving in more than 75% performance against cold and heat and also have acoustic insulation properties,  with international standards. Our standard steel plates used for the sandwich panel is 0.426 mm, the thicker in the market!
The floor included are fiber cement boards, which can be used as base to put high-end finishes over it: ceramic, PVC, porcelain, granite, carpet, etc. The fiber cement floor supports 200 kg per square meter.
It also includes a metal door and two PVC windows, with antitheft bars,  per unit.
A prefabricated bathroom is included.  Bathroom furniture are: One ceramic Toilet, One ceramic basin, one shower cabin, faucets for the shower and basin, and accesories: towel hanger, mirror and paper hanger.
Module measurements are: 2.40 meters X 5.80 meters X 2.80 meters high.
All materials are 100% new, certified as fireproof (fireproof, class A and B materials) and they are eco-friendly.
Q & A
Can I change anything?
Yes, you can.  If you already have a blueprint that you need to build with different specifications, if you need custom made design modules, or if your contractor or engineer recommends a different design, let us know and we will.
How is the purchase process ?:
At the time of confirming the purchase with Ebay and making the payment, the order is processed by the factory and a quality control inspector checks that everything is going well since the beginning, before packing and shipping. This process can take from  10-40 days depending on the time of the year and other circumstances BUT we will process it as soon as possible so you can get it. The transit time between the port of China and your chosen port is 30-60 days to the US and Latin America . Before the arrival of your order, you receive at your address the original  invoice and B/L that confirms that the order was dispatched and for you to remove your goods from customs. All duties, local state taxes and fees associated with your purchase are the buyer's responsability.   In most  countries, these duties vary from 10 to 25%, please take it in consideration.
When they are cleared from customs,  you carry out the corresponding process and payments to transport them to the place of installation.
What will I receive with my order?
A kit, with all the necessary components to assemble the FLAT PACK HOUSE:  module: Frame columns and floor and ceiling reinforcements, enough sandwich panel for the walls, fiber cement boards for the floor, steel plates, fiberglass and false ceiling for the roof, corner pieces, etc. Also some accessories: nuts and bolts, silicone and others, so that your space is complete and functional.
If basic services required, piping, sewage, electricity, etc., they must be installed on site, after assembly.
The materials are resistant to earthquakes and hurricanes. They can be applied in different climates, from cold areas to tropical jungles, islands, mountains, deserts, etc.
It can be used as a cellar, bedroom, warehouse, combined to form more complex structures, houses, etc.prefab modular home.
Check with your local building authorities which are the requirements for this type of homes, and get the necessary permits.
