Self Storage Buildings

2 complete storage buildings, 20' x 300' & 20' x 200'.  I bought these units with hopes of being able to purchase land that would be reasonable & good location.  Until I find the right property, I thought I would try to sell.  They are dismantaled.  I've never owned and have found it to be difficult for me to start a stoarge facility from scratch.  These two units are approximatly 20 years old and have some flaws, maybe 15 of the doors will need work, most doors need pull strings, and a couple panels are bent.  There are 165 doors. 92-5'x10' units, 12-5'x5' units, & 56-10'x10' units.  I can not supply a warrenty, I'm not in this business.  However I believe the price is a good value.
The building is mostly on pallets, however the doors are not.  It will be buyers responability to move, although I will do what I can to help load it.  I do not have any heavy equiptment.
