Minimal part replacement needed and can be provided by seller. Sale Includes frame, rafters, floor joists. We will dismantle, label, provide scale drawings, and coordinate shipping. Shipping cost is additional depending on location. If in northeast, seller will deliver at a cost of approximately 500-1000.
