    We are selling A Tiny Little House
    built by a Valley County (Ord area) Nebraska bachelor farmer in the 1960's as a replica of his original birthplace. Due to our privacy policy, the builder's family name will not be listed online but will be given to the buyer should they desire the history.
    The house is almost a perfect square. 10' & 4"
    We replaced the roof with top of the line dark green shingles. Yes, it has a floor. See last photo of the floor. We are willing to take additional photos of whatever area you need more details on.
