200 sq ft living area on the 1st floor and 100 sq ft of lofts. Has 3 sleeping areas to comfortably fit a family with kids rather it be for weekend getaways or full time living.
All building materials are upscale residential quality, no rv grade building components!

Light weight steel stud walls between timber framing with high r-value celotex insulation.
Pine tongue & groove paneling through out the interior and on the exterior 2nd floor. Low maintenamce vinyl shakes on the 1st floor.
Tile shower with brass rain shower head with led lights that change color when the temperature is too cold (blue), too hot (red), or just right
(green).
There are no multi-purpose gadgets in this tiny home as we worked hard to create a fully functional spacious open floor plan. no tables that turn into beds or toilets in the shower! Just a ladder that tucks away next to the washer/ dryer combo when not in use and we opted for more counter top and cabinet space and a stow away counter top oven instead of a range.

All 110v electric hook up. no propane or 220v required. Just plug in and hook up a water hose and you are set.
This model requires portable black and gray water tanks to reduce weight and allow for ease of emptying tanks.
