This is a vintage Yamaha motorcycle packet of items that was part of their Learn to Ride Safety Program.  It appears that the packet is from approximately 1973.  Included in the packet are:
Outer envelope - some light marks
Book - flap from envelope has affixed to the front of the book
Release and waiver card - good condition
Sheet describing the free lessons - good condition
Akron area dealers sheet - good condition
2 unused stickers / decals - good condition
2 fabric patches - bends
Sheet with Ohio motorcycle laws - good condition
